When they were growing up, Green Valley Lab directors Cristen Davis and Lara Wright spent countless hours with their mother, lab founder Carole Coombs, gathering local plants, and herbs to create oils, soap, bath salts and fragrances for Green Valley guests. During these family forays, they learned about the anti-microbial powers of larrea and juniper berries, the anti-oxident properties of alfalfa and dandelion, and Natice American uses of these and other indigenous plants and herbs to assist the body's natural regenerative processes.
Today, Cristin and Lara are still unlocking the healing properties of local botanicals to create products designed to assist the body, rather than manipulate it.
